How to deal with (supposedly)Christian or non-Christian friends gone bad.

I know that with non-Christians you should invite them to Church and tell them about God and what all he has done for me, but what if it doesn't help at all and what if they become a Christian(or is already one)and doesn't act like it at all!!!??? HELP!
